Great gym! fully stocked with all the machines and exercise equipment you would need. The best part is the staff, very friendly and helpful. Always available to answer any questions or just have a conversation. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area looking to sign up.
AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE/MANAGERS KNOWS NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They always want to take your money for no reason. they reported credit breau on me for no reason.
It's great to have both access to the gym and the classes. 4 stars because when it comes to the classes, it can be too packed so I think it would be best to book appointments for the classes so it would be more organized. Other than that, locker rooms are neat and spacious, there's also a private training room, sauna and steam room in the ladies' locker rooms. Showers are available as well, I just don't like the glass doors cuz it's almost see through. There's also a juice bar availa ble. Service is great depending on who's working. There's been a couple times where I wasn't acknowledged right away since the employees were in a middle of a conversation and I waited 5 mins before I was seen. Same thing happened to my friend. There's also a Theater Cardio room which is great but there are a couple treadmills that aren't working :( But overall, I'm happy with this gym :)

All the equipment you can hope for, spin classes and other group classes, functional training area. Busy on weeknights and hard to get the equipment you need. I have downgraded my review. In the past year, the maintenance is lacking. I typically do 3 spin classes a week and lately, most of the bikes have problems - not being fixed despite reporting them. Signed up for personal training and the trainer I was to be with quit with no notice, so I showed up for an appointment and was left waiting. They scrambled and matched me with an excellent trainer, but the overall, the operation is not always the most professional and I'm not sure of their record-keeping. I was flagged at the door multiple times to renew, when I had already signed a new contract.
